Why do I have Shaking hands?
I am really liking the Sun Style more and more, especially the movements, which are close and fluid. The opening and closing hands which brings your mind back to what you are doing and concentrates your intentions. I don't know if anyone else has this experience, but it almost seems like some kind of qigong to me!
However, when practising Sun Style very slowly, my hands tend to shake uncontrollably and my movements tend to be a little jerky. It sort of resemble machines which have parts that are not sufficiently oiled. I wonder where the problem lies......Does anyone know of this or experienced this before?

I went thru a similar thing early on in my zhanzhuang training. From what I've read and been told, it's due to the qi trying to break thru the blockages. Over time, I feel they should go away.
I get that as well. Part of it is not being relaxed enough. Problem for me is that I'm also doing grip training for qinna and long pole exercises. All of that works your hands a lot so they might shake more when I do the form. So if you're doing another type of training that uses the hands a lot, then you might have some shakiing going on. I wouldn't be too worried about it. Over time, the body will adapt.
